WHERE TO FIND AND HOW TO UNLOCK THE RUNECARVER NPC

Leveling up to level 60 will unlock a questline that will take you to The Maw, a new mission that opens Torghast. You will unlock the Runecarver and its chamber by finishing the introductory quests. The Runecarver can be found in Runecarver's Oubliette, Torghast, Tower of the Damned.

The Memory of the Runecarver Legendary Recipes only drop if you have the Runecarver unlocked!

WHERE TO GET SHADOWLANDS LEGENDARY POWERS

Memories of the Runecarver are dispersed throughout the Shadowlands, and players must collect and bring them back to The Runecarver at the Torghast Tower. You can acquire them through various activities such as PvP, raids, reputation levels, Torghast Layers, etc.
