Reins of the Blue Drake is a rare flying mount added in the Wrath of the Lich King expansion patch 3.0, which awards you 60% to 100% ground speed and +150%, +280%, or +310% flying speed, depending on your ride skills. To get this mount, you must drop it from Malygos boss in the Eye of Eternity raid with a 3% drop chance.
